Grounding Yoga 4 week trial is the first stage of your journey. If you looking to reduce physical pain, release emotional baggage and feel more aligned in your life your in the right place.
 Over the 4 weeks together we work to get out of your head and into your body. This  course integrates is a guided group sessions with self learning in our academy space,  that leads you through yogic practices initiating change becoming more mindful, present, and self-aware. Your body is a portal to your true self which we have lost in the business of life and conditioning, so we combining yoga, movement, breath work, and educated connection to bring you out of your head and back into your body.

With decades of experience as a professional dancer, fitness coach, studio owner, educator, and now as a dedicated Root cause Coach, I’ve spent my life understanding the language of the body. My mission is to help you tune into your body’s wisdom, create balance, and find stability—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

My journey wasn’t linear. A car accident once left me in chronic pain, with doctors offering only pain management, not solutions. But I refused to settle for less. I leaned into my knowledge of anatomy, movement, and self-care, and discovered the transformative power of Iyengar Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and energy healing.

What I offer isn’t just coaching—it’s a holistic transformation. Together, we’ll address the root causes of your discomfort, whether physical, emotional, or energetic, and create space for true healing.

Over the last few weeks of the grounding course I have found my back pain has reduced significantly. I am more conscious of my posture when sitting at work all day and driving (I was leaning to the left without realising).  More than that, my mind clears when doing yoga. I am dealing with a lot of life events at the moment and it is very hard to switch off. Yoga has definitely helped me focus and deal with things calmly.
