This course integrates is a guided group sessions with self learning in our academy space, that leads you through yogic practices initiating change becoming more mindful, present, and self-aware. Your body is a portal to your true self which we have lost in the business of life and conditioning, so we combining yoga, movement, breath work, and educated connection to bring you out of your head and back into your body.
